None of this would matter very much to us were it not for the fact that RTV (HK) is an off-shoot of an influential British company with enormous experience of this sort of operation throughout the world.
4. I have recorded my comments at some length and apologise for doing so, but I do feel that RTV (HK) have had a pretty rough deal. Having said that, and having previously declared a personal interest in this matter in that Mr Warren is a very old friend of mine, I would prefer not to participate in any further action that you may care to take in the light of this minute or the record of my talk with Mr Dennis. I suggest that you submit direct to Sir L Monson.
