Dependent Territories print to Governors. should obviously receive copies of each others print. And they should receive a suitable selection of Diplomatic Service print, (e.g. there will often be despatches from Paris that should be seen in Honiara and Vila). There will also be despatches from Canberra, especially with a bearing on Papua-New Guinea affairs, which should be seen by the Governors of the Pacific

territories.
