As I told you, GHF have agreed that one of these functions should be charged to the Fund. You kindly agreed that in view of the special circumstances, the other, a dinner to be given for 18 people at Admiralty House on 10 January could be charged to the FCO Entertainment Fund provided that more than half the guests were from Hong Kong and that the cost per person is within a limit of £7.
