The recurrent cost of running a library of this size, in its complete form, will be about $1.5 mn p.a. based on a staff of Librarian, 16 other p-ofessional level staff, and up to 60 other library assistants and minor staff, including bindery staff. This will have to be met from Hong Kong funds.
