IV. THE BRITISH PRESENCE IN BRUSSELS AFTER ENLARGEMENT

Upon enlargement Britain will participate in all the

Community Institutions as a full member on the same basis

as the other three large member States, France, Germany and

have the same voting rights where majority voting is involved,

as France, Germany and Italy.

2. In addition to these public positions, which are enshrined

in the Treaty of Accession, Britain and the other acceding

states will supply staff to man the Community's institutions.

The largest and most important of these is the Commission.
