1 The Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Murray MacLehose, will be arriving home on leave on Sunday, 6 August. His intention is to fly direct to his home in Sotland and then to come down to London to be available for consultations from Tuesday 5 to Friday 8 September. He returns to Hong Kong on Sunday 9 September.

2 I should be grateful if you could suggest a suitable time at which he might call on the Secretary of State during the few days that Sir Murray is in London.
