I wrote to you on 30 August about car arrangements for the Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Murray MacLehose.
I should be grateful if you could provide a car also on one occasion for Lady MacLehose who will not be returning to Hong Kong at the same time as Sir Murray. Lady MacLehose will be flying into London Airport (Terminal 1) from Scotland, on Saturday 16 September by flight BE 5025 at 11.25 am. She is due to leave for Hong Kong from Terminal 3 by flight BA 806 departing at 12.30 pm. We have been asked to lay on transport for her from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3. I should be grateful if you could send a car to the North Door of Terminal 1 and ask the driver to meet Lady MacLehose at the desk and to help her transfer her baggage (unless it has already been checked on by the airline); and then to take Lady MacLehose to Terminal 3 for her departure.
