I am writing to confirm some recent bookings I made on behalf of the Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Murray MacLehose KCMG MBE. Firstly, I have booked a room for ir Murray from the night of Monday 4 September to the morning of Saturday 9 September. He will be flying down from Scotland during the evening of Monday 4 September and I think he is likely to arrive fairly late in the evening.

Secondly, I should like to confirm the following table bookings which I made over the telephone:-

Tuesday 5 September

Dinner for four at 7:30 pm

Lunch for two at 1 pm Dinner for three at 7 30 pm

Wednesday 6 September

Thursday 7 September
