in Peking. All concerned are asked to ensure that everything taken in the aircraft is labelled with the appropriate coloured labels and that all items to go in the aircraft cabin have in addition a (yellow) Cabin Load label. Jach item should be clearly marked with owner's name and destination.

(b) ll concerned are asked to note that blank baggage

labels should be kept under lock and key.

Special Bag

This bag will be closed in the Outward Bag Room at 1500 hrs on 27 October. Material for it should be addressed "Secretary of State's Visit Special Bag to Peking 27 April".

A

Official Boxes

These will be cross-labelled on 27 Uctober under arrangements made by Communications Department. Boxes, typewriters etc

to be taken to the airport should be deposited in Mr Kissock's Office, Room 1, at the Main Entrance to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office by 1700 hrs on 27 October. They will be taken by a Security Officer to Brize Norton where they will be handed over, with courier's passport, to Mr P II Grattan (Special Courier) in the aircraft.
