Office Accommodation

The Private Office will be situated in the Residence (in Government House at Hong Kong) at all Posts, but at Bangkok a Private Office will be set up in The Chancery when the Secretary of State is at the Borompiman Mansion.

13.

Office Equipment and Stationery

Posts have been asked to arrange for two typewriters to be available for the Private Office and one in the News Department Suite (where applicable). A lockable cupboard will be placed in. the Private Office. Common user Stationery will be provided by Posts.
