Guests will be asked to be seated.

During the first course H.E. will introduce S. of S. who will speak.

S. of S. and Lady DOUGLAS-HOME leave Mandarin Hotel for Harcourt Road. Three other members of the party going on helicopter tour also leave.

Both helicopters take off and fly via Shau Kei Wan, Kwun Tong and Tze Wan Shan to View Point 1 off Nam Cheong Road.

Explanation of resettlement housing and conversion schemes.

Speech will be broadcast live by T.V. and radio.
