In your minute of 28 November you asked for a copy of any record of Mr Royle's discussions in Hong Kong.

2. None have so far reached us apart from the record of a meeting on the Sterling Agreement, which was done by Mr Logan, Mr Royle's Private Secretary. I enclose a copy.

We have asked Hong Kong to let us have other records. I will send them when they are received.
