Criticisms
The movement's general line is an anti-

is preventing Hong Kong from benefiting
from its budget surpluses and we pro-
duces socially unjust economic policies.
They also criticise the lack of a social
security system and call for tougher
measures against drugs, gambling, porno-
graphy and corruption. These general com- plaints are often accompanied by specific complaints against the educational system
in Hong Kong These are listed in paragraph 18 (i) to (vii)_7.
