(f) All those arrested were charged with 'Unlawful Assembly'

and 'Obstruction'. The case concluded on the 9th Septem-- ber, 1972, and all the defendants, with the exception of 18, were given an absolute discharge. The 18 convicted defendants, marked with an astrisk at Annex A were bound over in the sum of $500 for one year. In a subsequent application for a review of sentence on 8.11.1972 the Court ordered that no conviction be recorded against

them but the $500 bond for one year was to stand. X
