Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint

Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council
of Hong Kong from 1st January 1972 until 30th June 1972.
GIVEN under my hand and the Fublic Seal of the
Colony on 30 December 1971.
