these temporary measures probably by changing Hong
Kong law under Section 735(1) of the 1894 Act or
Section 2 of the 1925 Act. The only other
alternative would appear to be any suitable change
in British maritime law which Hong Kong Ordinances
could reflect without the need to resort to
separate legislation.
