I am glad to note that Mr. Pao intends to take up his difficulties with this Government. He has, in fact, never approached the Director of Marine, who would welcome an opportunity to hear at first hand just what is bothering him and seeing whether it is possible to assist, and I have asked the Director to let Mr. Pao know this.
