The undersigned respectfully submit this letter and articles. regarding the cursory attitude of the Hong Kong Government towards the question of the New Territories. After reading Mr. Marriott'e articles the undersigned held a meeting and agreed that what Mr. Marriott had to say was true and impartial. They can verify this as they themselves deal with the affairs of the New Territories and understand the situation. Therefore they have written this letter and articles, which they hope will draw attention to the situation.
