of Her Majesty's pleasure an Ordinance intituled :-

"An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the law

relating to immigration and deportation."

This Ordinance was passed by the Legislative Council on the

13th day of October 1971.

Instructions, an explanatory report by the Attorney General

showing the reasons and occasion for passing the Ordinance

is enclosed. Two copies of the Gazette Supplement containing

Bill.
