The words "belonging to dependent territories" in line 2 of paragraph 4 of my submission of 17 September should be deleted. They came from the first sentence of paragraph 4 in Mr Gaminara's draft submission (in which they had been included correctly).

2. I dictated a revised draft in a hurry in order to catch Mr Royle before he went to Italy and included these words by mistake when embodying the sense of the first part of Mr Gaminara's paragraph 4 in the first sentence of my paragraph 4.
