By-laws 7, 8(1), 8(2) and 9 of the Wells and Water Storage By- laws (Cap. 132 [sub-leg]),

By-law 4 (in regard to natural, ordinary and mechanical ven- tilation) of the Ventilation By-laws (Cap. 132 [sub-leg]), including advising the Council on matters affecting air conditioning in relation to public health,
