theatres and cinemas (to require premises to be provided with a ventilation system)

Prohibition or control of the use of water from springs, wells, pools, etc. Control of storage of water.
Mosquito Prevention &
Anti-Malarial Precautions All action with regard to mosquito nuisance.
Control of the emission
of dust, fumes or effluvia

Power to ensure
Refuse disposal, public
cleansing (streets, etc.) and prevention of nuisances
