Reform of the Urban Council

The White Paper will be laid on the table of Legislative Council on 13 October and will be published on the same day. A copy of the printed version will be sent to you as requested.

The White Paper was the subject of an Executive Council Memorandum XCC (71)52 which was discussed by Executive Council on 28 September. A copy of this, together with the Executive Council decision containing some amendments is being sent to you in the usual way.
