Litton has written privately we understand he has
replaced de Basto as Chairman of the Hong Kong Bar
Association & should be grateful to know urgently
(a) when the changeover took place
(b) whether action as suggested at para. 3(a) of
AIRD's letter 4HKK 14/14 of 7 July 1971 was taken.
