1. In his despatch (at folio 11) Sir D Trench has recommended the promotion of Mr Justice Blair-Kerr to the post of Senior Puisne Judge. This recommendation is supported by Sir J McPetrie and the Legal Advisers and also by the ODA. will remember the letter Sir L Monson sent to Sir D Trench last May about the appointment at that time of Mr Justice Scholes to the post of Senior Puisne Judge.
