this important revolution concerning the fate of socialism of the people's republic of china came to a full success with the convocation of the ninth national congress of the communist party of china. the congress affirmed the victory of comrade mao tsetung's marxist-Leninist ideology and revolutionary line over the counter-revolutionary revisionist Line of the liu shao-chi renegade clique and decided upon the tasks of unfolding further socialist revolution in all spheres in china. our party and people as well as the revolutionaries and people the world over warmly hail the victory of the great proletarian cultural revolution and regard it as their own.

he said: the great socialist china has become an invincible bulwark of revolution and socialism, firm supporter and defender of the peoples' freedom and independence, strong rear area of the struggle of viet nam, cambodia and Laos. china has carried out and continues to carry on a fierce struggle against u.s. imperialism the most ferocious enemy and the international gendarme of the peoples-- and against soviet social-imperialism who use every kind of tricks and plots to rule the world, to suppress the liberation and revolutionary struggle. they incite japanese militarism and indian reaction against china; they try to change the whole of indochina into a hotbed of provocations and aggression against her. the united states attempts to continue its forcible occupation of china's territory taiwan province and obstruct the restoration to the people's republic of china of her legitimate seats in the united nations.
he said: "our people and government strongly condemn the new diabolic manoeuvre of u.s. imperialism and their stooges for 'two chinas' or 'one china, one taiwan'. there is one china in the world and this is the people's republic of china. taiwan province is an integral part of china and the chinese people have the full right to liberate it and`unify the motherland."
he said: "our people and government also fully support the stand of the people's republic of china in opposing the call of a conference of five nuclear powers, because it serves the deceiving, demagogical and propagandistic aims of the imperialists and social-imperialists."
comrade beqir balluku said: "now we are in an era in which the international situation is developing in a direction favourable to our socialist states, to revolution and people's emancipation and unfavourable to imperialism, revisionism and all reaction. the revolutionary and socialist ideology is increasingly grasped by the oppressed peoples and nations. the world, comrade enver hoxha has said, has now entered the era in which the victory of the peoples' liberation struggles, of the marxist-Leninist forces and of the genuine revolutionaries, the triumph of socialism and communism, cannot be stopped.

the u.s.-
led imperialists and the modern revisionists with soviet revisionism at the head are unable to save each other from the crises, from the political, economic and military disintegration. this is an inevitable defeat for their system. this is an objective law for the development of society. the future can only belong to the people of various countries."
comrade begir balluku said: "this year, our people and army have plunged themselves into the revolutionary high tide for fulfilling and overfulfilling the first year (1971) tasks of the fifth five-year plan in order to greet the 30th anniversary of the founding of the party and its sixth congress. and at the same time, they are discussing with nigh political consciousness the draft-directives of the fifth five-year plan, which mark a new important step on the road of completing building of socialism and further strengthening of national defence.
