he said: "the albanian people and people's army, Led and taught by the albanian party of labour headed by comrade enver noxna, are glad and proud of the magnificent victory won by the great chinese people and people's army. they regard the victory as their own victory and a tremendous inspiration to albania's construction and its struggle in defence of socialism and to the cause of world revolution. acting in accordance with the thought of chairman mao tsetung, people's china has waged a great, unremitting and uncompromising struggle to expose and crush the enemies to the peoples' freedom and socialism, and to oppose u.s. imperialism and soviet revisionism. this has greatly raised the prestige of the people's republic of china among the peoples of the whole world. with her internationalist stand and powerful support to struggles for revolution and liberation, the people's republic of china has won sympathy and esteem from the peoples fighting for freedom. her friends are increasing daily. this firm, unswerving and consistent stand of the people's republic of china has made a tremendous contribution to the development of world revolution and the liberation movement."

he said: "comrade enver hoxha has pointed out: 'the existence of the chinese communist party, the people's republic of china and the outstanding marxist-Leninist comrade mao tsetung is a great fortune to the international communist movement and to the people of all countries. they have the historic merit of being the biggest and insurmountable obstacles to imperialism, revisionism and all reactionaries in carrying out their criminal schemes at which they have dealt and are dealing crushing blows'. comrade mao tsetung nas pointed out:
