of correspondence with the Hong Kong Government

but it is so small (£118) as hardly to be worth

worrying about except for the principle involved.

5. We should appreciate it if we could have a

three cornered discussion about these matters

with yourself and Gammon and if you agree perhaps

we could arrange a time and place by telephone.
