The US and other industrial countries all have

both tariffo and quotas on cotton textiles from

low-cost countries.

Our quotas will allow ovoz

four times as many imports in relation to our total

consumption than either US or DEC.

HONG KONG

We have had talks with the Hong Kong Government

and have agreed to further talks in January about

details of how the present quotes are applied in

1972.
