Under the UNCTAD generalised preference scheme, India, Pakistan,

S Korea and the UAR, which have all signed restraint arrangements with

the Community, are to be allowed a restricted measure of duty-free

access to the EEC market; Hong Kong and Taiwan, both also under

restraint, are excluded from this offer.
