of the 12 March. The only comment that I would make is that the use of the words "breach of faith" in Paragraph 4 looked a little overdone. Couldn't you just delete the words beginning amount" down to "and" so that the sentence would read "a post- ponement of the ohange would reintroduce uncertainties about future policy on cotton textiles which the 1969 announcement was intended to remove."
