1. I see no objection to the Hong Kong Government advertising in South Africa but I would have thought that an advertisement in Rhodesia encouraging members of the BSAP, which is bolstering up an illegal regime, to apply for vacancies in a Colonial police force is likely to be misunderstood in the UK and could cause embarrassment to HMG in present circumstances.
