I enclose a copy of a letter I have sent to John Boyd in Washington. sorry that we failed to send you even the rather limited information we sent to him. I now enclose for background information a copy of the Special Branch paper sent earlier to Washington and a copy of our telegram No. 465 to FCO of 8 July.
