the Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and

Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint -

DAVID RICHARD WATSON ALEXANDER

Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,

Justice of the Peace to be an Official Member of the Legislative

Council of Hong Kong from 1st July 1971 until 30th June 1972.
