Justice of the Peace, to be provisionally an Official Member of the

Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 17th July 1971 during the

absence from the Colony of Mr David Richard Watson Alexander,

Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice

of the Peace.
