of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1971, I appoint

Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace, to be provisionally an Unofficial Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 2nd August 1971 during the
absence from the Colony of Mr KAN Yuet-keung (
