1. The Department of Employment wish to bring up-to-date their country brief on Hong Kong for use by senior officers and others
concerned with the reception of sponsored visitors from overseas.
2. We enclose a copy of the brief, updated by us to the end of
1970 with regard to statistical information only. We should be grateful, however, if you would revise the whole document in the
light of the fuller information available to you so as to ensure
complete accuracy.
