Thank you for your letter of 14th August about
the possible visit by Princess Alexandra.
It so happens that Mr. Angus Ogilvy will be in Hong Kong shortly and the Governor, who will be seeing him on 6th September 1970, will take the opportunity to discuss this question with him. But meanwhile, in case H.R.H.'s 1971 programme is filling up, we suggest, in answer to your specific question, that consideration be given to the following dates:-
Friday 26 March
OR Thursday 1 April
OR Thursday 22 April
Wednesday 31 March 1971
Wednesday 7 April 1971
Wednesday 28 April 1971.

6th September.
