Would you please make the following two corrections in the

documents for this visit, which were circulated earlier to-day:-

(a) Press Conference

Question 4 should read as follows :-

"What are your views on the development of an effective

system of self-government in Hong Kong?"

(b) Brief No. 128. Reopening of the British Consulate-General in

The first sentence of the background notes should read as

follows 1-

"This subject may be raised in discussions with the
