13 February, 1970-
Further to Johnny Graham's letter of 2 February to Peter Moon about ir. Stewart's proposed visit to Japan I now enclose a list of those people Mr. Stewart wishes to accompany him, for the Frime Minister's approval. As you will see this list includes Mr. Stewart's Parliamentary Private Secretary whom he would like to take with him on this occasion.
Mr. Stewart would like to pay a brief visit to Hong Kong on the way to Japan provided the Prime Minister sees no objection. He therefore intends to leave London after lunch on Thursday, 16 April returning overnight on Thursday, 23 April.
I am sending copies of this letter to Robertson (Cabinet Office), Green (Chief Whip's Office) and Townley (Lord President's Office).
D. H. Andrews, Esq.,
10 Downing Street.
