I am enclosing in response to your circular of 26 June about the next meeting of the Visits Committee a list of the visits which Board of Trade Ministers would propose These making overseas during the next 12 months or so. were agreed at a recent meeting of Board of Trade Ministers with officials and take account of the various overseas promotions and events etc at which the presence of a trade Minister is either desirable or necessary.

This list of visits was only drawn up late last week; they have none of them been cleared with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office or No 10.
