Mr.Kirk will, of course, pay a courtesy call on the High Commisioner in Singapore and a one night stay in Kuala Lumpur has been arranged in accordance with past precedent to discuss matters with the High Commissioner there. This might be useful on the sales side following on from the Secretary of State's recent tour and the sales matters which are currently in hand with the Malaysian Navy.
