14. The Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew,

will visit London from 27 October. He will be an

official guest of H.M.G. and arrangements for his programme

are in hand. Dr. Phay Seng Whatt, Chairman of the Singapore

Public Service Commission, will accompany Mr. Lee on his visit.
