Bid conditional on throughput of 100,000 x 20 foot containers

per annum but Oyama wished to increase this to a 180,000 annum. Many approaches received from prospective users (foreign Lines) in last two days. They could not disclose the names.

Re: (4) above, there was no minimum throughput in the conditions of

tender. Indeed the tender documents did not mention throughputs.
