shall within one month thereafter furnish to the Director

in the prescribed forn the particulars required thereby.

(2) The Director of Immigration nay exempt from

subsection (1) any person or any class or description of persons

Powers to require alien to produce photographs.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), an immigration officer

may require an alien within Hong Kong who is over the age of

fifteen years to furnish the prescribed photographs of himself.

(2) A requirement shall not be made under subsection (1).

(a) unless the alien has been in Hong Kong for at least

fourteen days; or

(b)

if the alien has furnished such photographs to the

Director within the preceding three years.

Changes in furnished particulars.

13. (1) Subject to subsection (2), an alien who is over

the age of fifteen years shall within seven days notify the

Director of any change in

(a) any of the particulars furnished in an arrival card;

(b) any of the particulars furnished in the prescribed

form pursuant to subsection (1) of section 11;

(c)

any particulars notified pursuant to this subsection;

or

(a)

the address at which he resides.
