(vi) is a person to whom subsection (1) of section

31 does not apply by virtue of an order under

ubsection (3) of that section,

the onus of proving the same shall lie on that person.

Recovery of moneys due

under

recognizance.

58.

Any sum of money due under a recognizance entered

into in accordance with a requirement under subsection (6)

of section 7 or subsection (1) of section 30 may be recovered

in the District Court as a debt due to the Crown.

Repeals and

amendments.

First

59. The Ordinance specified in the First Schedule

are repealed or amended in the manner specified therein.

Schedule.

Transitional provisions. Second Schedule.

60.

The Second Schedule shall have effect for the

purposes of transition to the provisions of this Ordinance

from the provisions of the Ordinances hereby repealed.
