Ke Housing of squatters.
During Mr. Koyle's recent visit it was agreed
that the Housing Board should make a further study of
the problem of squatters on crown land not needed for
development and that it should report within two
months.
2. There will be short debate on dependent
territories in the Lords on 8 Defember. Originator is
Lord Shepherd who has put down starred question calling
attention to the problems of British Colonial terri-
tories and the need for a full review of policy to
improve the economic and social conditions of their
peoples.
3.
Grateful if report of Housing Board, if necessary
of interim nature, could be sent to us in bag leaving
Hong Kong on 28 November.
