Hong Kong Culture
More cultural facilities are required, such as a Kowloon Civic Centre, a Museum and Art Gallery building, an Oceanarium, an Institute of the Performing Arts and a Fine Arts Institute. The support of the Arts and of Culture in Hong Kong will foster a Hong Kong cultural identity, thus creating a uniquely local cultural character that harmonizes Chinese and Western cultures in the context of modern science and technology.
