Overseas Pensions Policy
I told you that the question of the line to be taken in the briefing for Sir Dennis Greenhill proposed in your minute of 4 February was discussed at a meeting this afternoon at which Mr. Morgan, Mr. Wilford, Mr. W. S. Carter and I were all present.
2. Mr. Carter has already suggested one amendment to your proposed passage spelling out rather more fully Hong Kong views. It was agreed that his suggestion should be adopted.
3.
In addition, it was agreed that the last two paragraphs of your proposed passage should be re-cast as in the attachment to this minute.
