your letter of the 7th August about the ARR proposal to establish an Inn of Court in 14.9

Hong Kong.

I am sure Leigh is right in thinking that it would be a mistake to attempt in

the first instance to constitute such an

Inn of Court by Royal Charter and that the right course would be to proceed in the way that he suggests.
